Vinography Images: Must Swirl : Vinography
Bright crimson must swirls through a tank during a pumpover at Fitapreta Vinhos in Portugal’s Alentejo region. Fitapreta is the project of winemaker António Maçanita, one of the country’s most celebrated young winemakers. Launched in 2004, the winery quickly became a standard-bearer for the Alentejo region and eventually moved into a 14th Century winery where it remains today.
